Documents are not or hardly allowed to fade under the influence of light over a long span of time. DOKUMENTAL inks are tested for their lightfastness according to ISO 12757-1/2. To this end, print-outs are exposed several times to an intensive source of light simulating sunlight during an accurately defined period of time. After this, possible fading effects can be discovered optically.
