| The viscosity (or toughness) of an ink determines its flow properties. This depends on the temperature: the colder it is, the tougher the ink becomes. DOKUMENTAL determine the physical value for the “dynamic viscosity” by rheological measurements, and thus specify an objective degree of quality |
